Each year the 黑料正能量 hosts several retreats tailored specifically for early career educators. Called SPARKS- they offer new educators the opportunity to pick up skills\, advice\, techniques\, and training they can get nowhere else. This two day retreat is designed for those with less than 5 years of classroom experience. These informal\, informative and fun sessions are led by veteran educators and 黑料正能量 staff. Driven by participants\, retreat agendas delve into top of the mind issues from classroom management and professional development to educator self-care and planning for retirement. Most importantly this all expenses paid gathering gives participants time to come together to share\, learn\, have fun\, and build a learning community.
